Job Responsibilities:
He will be responsible for manufacturing, Operations, PPA, Purchase, Logistics and QC.
• To ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets of manufacturing.
• To ensure implementation of all procedures as per regulatory norms in order to ensure consistent product quality.
• To ensure cleanliness of plant and clean rooms.
• To ensure training to each personnel for the improvement of skills, as well as productivity.
• To ensure the implementation of cGMP and all such international regulatory guidelines, whereby the plant is certified to facilitate the exports in regulated and non-regulated markets and to guide and coach people in implementing cGMP.
• To carry out self-audit for the manufacturing and other related areas.
• To ensure the production and packing is going on as per planning.
• To guide team for improvements in production, yield, rejection.
• To ensure the investigation of any abnormality and ensure corrective action.
• To carry out gap analysis of daily report and plan for covering the loss.
• To ensure closure of Change Control Note (CCN), deviation and give guidance so as to ensure that it is complete in time.
• To ensure the readiness of documentation as well as plant, for audit of any regulatory authority.
• To do the changes in production planning if required with concern of PPA.
• To provide solutions to the administrative issues.
