Current Openings at Ethos :- Department : O&M – Tiroda Position : DGM – CHP Operations Grade / Level : E2/E3 Place of Posting : Tiroda Position Reports to: GM - CHP JOB PROFILE :- Education : BE - Mechanical Desired Experience : Between 19 to 25 yrs. Age group: Around 42 yrs to 46 yrs. Brief outline of Job : 1.Generation loss on account of low bunker level / bunker’s running out of coal 2.Safety of the people both internal & external and the CHP equipment. 3. Ensuring seven days stock of fuel availability with the coordination of Tiroda. 4.Maintain high standards in CHP House keeping and create safe working environment 5.Minimising APC by optimum utilization of all CHP equipments. 6. Development of subordinates 7.To run and maintain the CHP with optimum load and efficiency to achieve to support generation. Run and maintain all CHP Equipments and, fire and dust suppression systems . & man power planning. 8. Seasonal plan preparation & Implementation. 9.Stack yard (FIFO)& all CHP drains management in all seasons 10.Check the defects and follow up work order and pursue permits 11.Guide sub ordinates and succession planning 12.Handle different emergencies in a Coal Handling Plant (CHP) . Maintain high standards of safety 13.To up keep the CHP to avoid fire and dust..To monitor and supervise the equipment in regular basis to achieve high availability
