Current Openings at Ethos :- Position : O&M / Operation /GM–660 - The position is for a leading power company to be based at Kawai & Mundra Purpose of Position : Monitoring of overall operation of Units. Principle Accountabilities (Strategic, Operational, Financial, People development & growth etc.) : Safe operation of power plant, Preparation and implementation of SOPs, Adherence to budgeted targets , Man power management for shift operation , Coordination with all maintenance departments for maximising plant availability , Development the skills of all persons in operation department , Generation of Plant MIS reports. Role & Responsibilities : Monitoring of overall operation of Units ; Follow up of critical activities with concerned dept ; Analysing Unit tripping, Equipment problems ; Ensuring proper documentation of parameters, Routine trials,changeovers ; Co-Ordination with fuel team and Techno Commercial ; Load Scheduling and Plant Performance Monitoring; Man power planning ;Coordinating with Maint dept in overhauls / unit outage Requisite skills : Functional - Sincere & Hardworking , Proper Documentation of data ,Good communication skills. Behavioural - Positive attitude , Gentle Behaviour , Able to accept suggestions. Physical Standard - Good Health Special Skills w.r.t. Job : Analytical knowledge Essential areas /factors /conditions in which incumbent should have experience : 25 to 30 years Work experience at site in Operation, particularly in power plants with DCS systems with > 200MW preferably super thermal stations Most important contribution and outcome needed from the position through KRAs : To coordinate with shift groups. To operate the units efficiently.
